Our complaint unit is at Vansda, having 250 machines,, 225 km, from Mumbai (about four hours drive from Mumbai International Airport)
The factory is well–planned, powered by the latest machines, socially compliant and audited at various times(accredited by Sedex, SGS ,NEXT-DELHI, BSCI in process) .
Being committed to technology, we have all the specialized machines like Collar Turn Up,Band knife Machine, Roller Fusing, Digital Automatic Lock Stitch Button Machines (Cross Stitch Possible), Needle Detectors, Auto cad , Pattern Cutter, Pattern Swing, Slit Opening, Sleeve creasing machine,Velt pocket machine etc
Apart from this, we have 2 embroidery machines, both for sampling and production. All machines are from best reputed international brands to churn out quality products.
We also have our own washing unit having capacity to wash 2500pcs daily. We are a 100% sustainable unit with solar panels
We keep getting feedback on latest trends and fashion forecasts through close tabs on all top fashion forecasting platforms.
Also we travel extensively to see the latest trends. We create a collection in form of new fabric research, wash panels, stylized garments based on mood boards from all our clients and present our collection. We provide excellent sampling support from development of cads, suzuki sampling yardages for sms/collection sample.
We understand that to meet delivery dates and quality norms there is strict pathway and we need to succeed in each mile stone.
We as team we put in tremendous efforts to make sure all 1st submissions whether it is fabric y/d deskloom/print strike-off/solid lab- dips or pre-production samples. All sampling and bulk orders can be monitored on transparent order tracking reports.
We have been able to construct garments of high technical difficulties and heavy styling. Every single yardage of fabric is checked on our fabric checking machines for shade variations and smallest fabric defect based on 4 point system.
Precise shrinkages are calculated, shade lots are clubbed and then issued for cutting. After cutting there is panel checking. Once shirts go into production every shirt goes through 3 major check points before being packed and finally our QA manager does final inspection as per AQL 2.5. A testimony to our constant good performance is that our factory has been exempted from any 3rd part audit from most of our clients and as a record we have till date never got any claims!
Fabric being the backbone of any garment industry is truly our biggest strength. We have strong relations with all top mills in India across all sectors of mill made, auto looms.
We specialize on all sorts of coarse counts from 10’s and 20’s to super finer compact fabric using 60’s/70’s/80’s and 2/100 yarns. We are doing various specialized finishes on fabrics like carbon peach, coating, water repellant, super white etc.
We are very strong with shirt weight (5.5 onz) and indigo solid (indigo x reactive) and we do very desirable value additions like prints, dobby, jacquard etc. with exclusive washes.
We now specialize in Modal, tencil, excel and all linen blends along with cotton lycra blend in regular yarn dyed/oxfords and fil a fils.
We are putting tremendous efforts in developing sustainable fabric collection that includes cellulosic fiber collection of VSF yarns like Modal, Tencil, Lyocell, linen viscose blends etc
